If your order is for a special occasion please let us know and we will do our best to get your items to you asap. Peloton Rebel work hard to ensure that the quality of our products meets the high standards our customers expect. However, If you feel like your products aren’t suitable, we will exchange or provide a credit note for any faulty, unworn goods. Please notify us of the reasons for return via email sales@pelotonrebel.co.uk and within 14 days of receiving your order.
All goods need to be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been worn or items with tags or other protective strips removed.
Please ensure that any returns are sent via recorded or registered mail only, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in the post. Any goods returned from outside of the UK must be clearly marked on customs declaration as “RETURNS” to prevent customs charges being incurred. Failure to do this will result in Peloton Rebel reserving the right to refuse the product, or re-charge all associated costs back to you. All costs of return are the responsibility of the sender, unless the product is proven faulty – in which case we will readily refund the associated costs of postage. This can only apply if we are aware of the associated costs and of the item being returned.
